They want variety in the music and need many styles. They are having a
contest to select music to be included in the game and mentioned in the
credits. The contest is open to any independent (read: unsigned) musical
group that plays in one of the following genres: blues, country, folk,
jazz, pop, punk, rap, and ska. Sounds like fun resume material (and the
game sounds fun also)

Sorry it took so long. Yes they are selling the game. Its a little
one-man independent game. They want many samples of different music
styles included. Anyone who would prefer to sell their music doesnt
need to apply apparently.
